1 General Provisions & Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bkg33 ("Platform", "we") and the user ("you", "member"). By visiting the bkg33 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

bkg33 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be considered effective from the date of publication. We advise members to check this page regularly.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any section is unclear, please contact our support team directly.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services at bkg33, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age.
Register using your real identity and accurate information.
Maintain only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
Keep your account details such as name, mobile number, and payment method up to date at all times.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring your account is prohibited. You are responsible for immediately notifying bkg33 of any unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification

bkg33 may at any time request a national identity card or other documentation for identity verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

Three mobile banking methods are currently accepted for depositing funds at bkg33: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (by any method).
The deposit amount must be sent in full and without error.
Successful deposits are generally reflected in your account quickly.
If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The withdrawal process typically takes 10–45 minutes to complete. The main withdrawal terms are listed below:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
The method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for the deposit.
Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
bkg33 has the right to hold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.3 Liability for Deposits & Withdrawals

bkg33 will not be held responsible for deposits or withdrawals made with incorrect information. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bkg33 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. As an example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,500 to play with; depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) — on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer can only be used once.
Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
It is not possible to withdraw the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.
bkg33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

bkg33's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active play.

Bronze: Earn up to 0.3% cashback per week. New members start at this tier.
Silver: Earn up to 0.7% cashback per week. This tier is reached through regular activity.
Gold: Earn up to 1.0% cashback per week — this is the highest VIP tier.

VIP cashback is added to the relevant members' accounts each week. Cashback terms may be updated at any time.

6 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bkg33 is committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. All games and rounds are operated on balanced technology, and the platform is secured by SSL encryption.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Registering with false or fake information.
Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
Using software or automated tools to operate an account.
Attempting to hack, crack, or breach platform security.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Harassing or threatening other members.

6.3 Account Suspension & Termination

If evidence of a rule violation is found, bkg33 may temporarily or permanently close an account and seize its balance without prior notice.

7 Responsible Gaming

bkg33 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income.

Set your own budget and stay within that limit.
After a loss, do not place further bets in an attempt to recover the lost amount.
Avoid gaming under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
Do not allow minors to use your account.

9 Intellectual Property & Content Protection

Content from game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI games are the property of their respective intellectual property owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

bkg33 will not be liable for any losses in the following circumstances:

Interruption of a game session due to loss of internet connection.
Payment delays caused by third-party technical errors.
Account breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
Unforeseen events or force majeure.

However, if a technical error unfairly affects a member's bet, bkg33 will take appropriate action following an investigation.

Any member may at any time contact our support team to request the closure of their account. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

12.2 Closure by bkg33

bkg33 reserves the right to close any account due to a breach of terms, fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, any seized funds will not be returned to the member.

13 Acceptance & Completeness of Terms

These Terms form the complete agreement between bkg33 and the member, and replace all previous oral or written understandings. If any provision of these Terms is deemed legally unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
